Drop in a JPEG, HEIC, or TIFF. The sky is detected on your Mac in under a second — nothing leaves your computer yet.

Browse the sky library by mood: golden hour, storms, clear blue, night. Each click gives you an instant preview with the scene tinted to match.
Replace Sky
One button sends your photo and the chosen sky to the AI, which blends edges, reflections, and light. Renders come back in about ten seconds and save automatically.

Sky Studio is a single-purpose tool. There's no layer panel to learn, no brush to fiddle with. Choose the sky, judge the result, export.
- Instant previews. The sky mask runs on-device with Core ML, so trying twenty skies costs nothing and takes a minute.
- Up to 4K output. Choose 0.5K for a quick test or 4K for delivery. You pay per render, by size.
- Every render kept. Renders line up in a strip under your photo and save to your Pictures folder as PNG.
- Hold to compare. Press \ or the eye button to flip between original and result.
- Optional instructions. Tell the AI to keep the water reflection or match the warm light, in plain words.
- Edit and Upscale too. Free-form AI edits from a prompt, and Topaz generative upscaling to 4×, in the same window.
- Your photos aren't stored. They're sent for one render and not kept by us.

Edit mode takes a plain-language prompt and, if you want, up to four reference images. Your photo is the first image; the references are the second, third, and so on.

Questions
Does it work on portraits, cars, or architecture?
Anything with visible sky. The mask is a general sky detector, and the AI blend handles thin edges like trees and hair better than a hard cut.
Can I use my own sky images?
Yes. Import your photo and new sky in Edit Mode.
What resolution do I get back?
You choose per render: 0.5K, 1K, 2K, or 4K on the long edge. The output aspect ratio matches your photo.
Is my photo stored anywhere?
No. Your photo is sent to our AI provider for the render and not saved anywhere. The only data stored are the renders locally on your Mac. See the privacy policy for details.
Do I need an account?
No. The app works without sign-in.
Can I get a refund?
If a render fails, the credits are returned automatically. For purchases, contact support within 14 days and we'll sort it out.
